Grant Thornton-Krush Bikes-Tunap Sports back in Belgium for the GP Eco-Struct

Five Grant Thornton-Krush Bikes-Tunap Sports riders look to light up the race in the GP Eco-Struct.

The race was held in Schellebelle last year, but the race will take place around Wichelen this year. The concept of the race, however, remains the same. The Krush Bikes will have to race 11 laps of 11,2 km on typical Belgian terrain.

“The race may be very flat, but that doesn’t mean it will be an easy race. On the contrary, it will be a technical and very nervous race with lots of twists and turns, concrete slab roads and even the odd cobbles. It really is a race where you need to be on edge all day long.”

The Grant Thornton-Krush Bikes-Tunap Sports riders looking to make an impact in the race are the following phenomenal five: Marissa Baks, Inez Beijer, Nienke Wasmus, Melanie Klement and Melissa van Neck.

The race won’t be broadcasted on TV, but the Twitch and Facebook page of ‘Reportage VDS’ will have some images. The hashtag #GPEcoStruct on Twitter will also be a decent source of information, just as the Belgian Cycling app.
