Alma Johansson wins Swedish road race championship
A wonderful success for the TALENT Elabo Development Team. Alma Johansson has added another Swedish title to her palmares. The young Swedish rider was the quickest in a sprint finish at the end of the U17 road race.
The Arlanda Test Track was the site of the battle for the Swedish U17 road race title. A race over 48 kilometres was contested on a flat, 2.4 kilometre course.
After about one hour and fifteen minutes of racing in warm conditions, a sprint decided the outcome of the race. Alma Johansson, a member of the U17 squad in the TALENT Elabo Development Team, beat Clara Sundgren and Stina Kagevi to win the road race.
